Description and application: 
Compared to the traditional cradles type cabling machine, our bow type laying up machine has greater productivity. It can strand soft structure cables including control cables, ACSR overhead cables, power cables, and bare copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy wires with up to 7 cores. You can choose the back - twist function as per your requirements. The machine can be driven either independently or by a ground shaft.​

  • The user - friendly human - machine interface makes operation easy and monitoring thorough.​
  • Automatic pitch adjustment is realized through the use of PLC.​
  • A back - twist mode with a maximum of 100% can be installed.​
